Some grammar mistakes appear again and again in learner English. Fix these seven and sound noticeably more accurate.
1. "I am agree" → "I agree" Agree is a verb, not an adjective. No "am" needed.
2. "Information" is uncountable Say "some information" or "a piece of information", never "an information".
3. Third person -s "He work" → "He works". Small but constantly noticed by listeners.
4. "Since" vs "For" Since + point in time (since 2020). For + duration (for three years).
5. "Advice" vs "Advise" Advice is a noun, advise is a verb. "She gave me advice" / "I advise you to study".
6. Prepositions with time In + month/year, on + day/date, at + clock time. "On Monday", "in June", "at 7 PM".
7. "Make" vs "Do" Do for activities (do homework, do business), make for creating (make a cake, make a decision).
